Teen / Adult Co-Ed Express Boot Camp
This two-week, co-ed, teen/adult Exercise Boot Camp (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am - 10:30am) offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivation.

The camp will start with 10 minutes of warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of intense circuit training including: strength conditioning, cardio, group exercise games, team competitions, abs and end with 10 minutes of stretching.
This Express Boot Camp will be held indoors in the comfortable, air-conditioned Fitting Fitness In studio.
