Kids' Exercise Class
Fitting Fitness In™ is excited to offer a fun, movement-based exercise program to kids ages 8-14. Each session will be 60-minutes in a small group format. The exercises will be simple and fun and vary from class to class. Most of the exercises can be done at home. Each session will address developmental aspects of conditioning including flexibility, balance, core strength and cardiovascular training. The structure of each session will include a dynamic warm-up, strength training, and a cool down with stretching. Holly's Helpful Hints on nutrition will help guide the youth to healthy eating habits. This six-week Exercise Class meets twice a week (Tues, Thurs) from 5pm - 6pm.
