This women only, Outdoor Exercise Boot Camp (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30am - 6:30am) offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivation.

The camp will start with 10 minutes of warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of intense circuit training including: strength conditioning, cardio, group exercise games, team competitions, abs and end with 10 minutes of stretching.
Fall is a great time for outdoor exercise! Boot Camp will be held primarily outdoors at Fifer field, field conditions and weather permitting.
What to Bring:
- Towel or Mat
- Water Bottle
- 5lbs & 8lbs dumbbells
- A Can Do Attitude!
