New! Cardio Companion
This 30-minute class will increase your energy and burn fat. Cardio Companion meets once a week, for 6 weeks: Tuesday morning, 10:30-11:00am, immediately after morning Fusion Fitness OR Tuesday evening 6:30-7:00pm, just before evening Fusion Fitness. The Cardio Companion workout consists of low and high impact cardio exercises - you choose which level is right for you. This class can be taken alone or as a companion to Fusion Fitness.
