This 6-week Fusion Fitness class incorporates strength training with weights, pilates, and yoga. Class begins with a five minute warm up that consists of low impact aerobics, forty-five minutes of strength training and ten minutes of stretching. This class runs twice a week with a choice of two class times (Tues, Thurs, 9:30–10:30am OR 7:00-8:00pm) for consecutive six week sessions. Each session a new exercise program is introduced and continued throughout the six-weeks. Students that continue to the next session will have a fresh program for their body to adjust to. This 30-minute class will boost your workout. Cardio Companion meets once a week, immediately following Tuesday morning Fusion Fitness, 10:30-11:00am OR just before Tuesday evening Fusion Fitness, 6:30-7:00pm. The Cardio Companion workout consists of low and high impact cardio exercises; you choose which level is right for you!
