This 6-week Fusion Fitness class incorporates strength training with weights, pilates, and yoga. Class begins with a five-to-ten minute warm up that consists of low and moderate impact aerobics, forty minutes of strength training and ten minutes of stretching. This class runs twice a week with a choice of two class times (Tues, Thurs, 9:30–10:30am OR 7:00-8:00pm) for consecutive six week sessions. Each session a new exercise program is introduced and continued throughout the six weeks. Students that continue to the next session will have a fresh program for their body to adjust to.
