PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing or withdraw products from sale without notice. While we try to ensure the accuracy of prices and product information on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if we discover any pricing errors, in which case you will be given the option to re-submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to deliver the product after you have placed an order, you will be notified by telephone and given the opportunity to cancel the order or select a substitute product.
SHIPPING: Fitting Fitness In ships all products using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages are shipped within 72 hours of your order. You will be notified via telephone if there will be any delays beyond our normal shipping times. Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
If you need to ship to a different address, please assist us by doing the following: Contact your card issuer and have the alternate Ship-to Address added as an authorized shipping location in your account records or in the memo field. If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing address that has not been specified as an alternate Ship-to Address with your card-issuer, your order may be delayed by up to several days as we complete verification.
RETURN POLICY: Returns on merchandise ordered directly through Fitting Fitness In and not through its affiliates must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. No returns will be accepted/refunded without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can be obtained by contacting us at info@fittingfitnessin.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Defective items resulting from manufacturing must be returned within 30 days and must be received prior to shipping the replacement item. We will not accept return of merchandise which has been user-damaged or used and are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Due to the easily reproducible nature of printed material, including but not limited to pamphlets, meal plans, and certain books, Fitting Fitness In does not accept the return of these items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and Fitting Fitness In is not responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returning merchandise in its original shipping carton by a carrier who provides shipment tracking (example: USPS Delivery Confirmation). Please allow 6 weeks for credits to your account to appear on your statement.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: When visiting the Fitting Fitness In web site and ordering products, you may choose to supply Fitting Fitness In with information that identifies you personally.
